Matt and I had a plan on me moving down to CA for his last semester in school. We thought it woud be perfect to go down, take the test, get licensed and start working down there. But after much thought, consideration and prayer (and tears) we realized we made the wrong decision.
We had lived apart before while he did his internship, and it was horrible. I hated every minute of it. (I obviously could never make it as a military wife.) So why did we think it was such a great idea to do it again? Who knows. But this whole situation has made me realize how great of a husband I have. It also made us a lot closer.
So almost a month later I moved back to Utah, with only two suit cases. (Yikes!) I was extremely worried that I would just be sitting around for the 3 months, which I did for the first little bit. But our prayers were answered and Heavenly Father made it evident that I was suppose to be back in Utah for many reasons.
I've been temping a fair amount, which has been nice, and also made becoming licensed here worth it. I have also been able to spend a lot of time with my sweet nieces.
Working up here has also affirmed to me even more how much I love my career. I love helping patients every day and bettering their health. It has also made me anxious to find a job down in CA in an office where I will see the same patients over and over again.
