We went to the Hogle Zoo! I hadn't been there since I was little and we have been wanting to go so we went last weekend when Matt's parents were in town.
This is the oldest elephant in all of North America.
She just celebrated her 52nd birthday last week.

Unfortunately I think we went at the wrong time of the day because most all the animals looked like this.
We also dined at our favorite Mexican place in Utah that weekend. It was delish and well worth the wait!
